Does it matter how you brew your coffee?? I recently broke my French press and want to buy a Chemex. I don't drink tons of coffee and try to drink black teas or any teas also but coffee is just Mmmm-mmm good!!
Taste should rule within bounds of course. For me it is vacuum first then French press and chemex drip depending on the time and situation. Early am Fr P. but later drip but after full dinner back to vacuum. Da Jim
