- Nightshades: 2-3 times a week, tomatoes or peppers. Cutting out nightshades seems weird to me as they are delicious and appealing fruits that surely would have been eaten by cavemen? But looked into it that much.
- Safe starches: Very rarely, probably rice due to social eating once a month. I think I get enough carbs from fruit and veg so don't choose to add in any starches at home.
- Alcohol: 3-4 times a week. Mostly gin and tonic or red wine, an occasional beer.
- Full-fat dairy: Daily. 3 large tablespoons of FF greek yoghurt for breakfast with berries, walnuts and cocoa nibs. Yum.
-nuts/nut butter- Once a month. I never buy it but my wife does.
-dark chocolate- Every other day, 90% or higher. I treat it like a vitamin.
-grain-fed meat- 2-3 times a week.

Daily. The question should not be "full fat" or not, in fact full fat is good for you. The question should have been if it's lactose-free or not, and preferably goat-based. So, I eat only lactose-free goat dairy (hard cheeses, home-made probiotic lactose-free yoghurt). From cows I only do butter and lactose-free sour cream. I don't drink animal milk.
