I'v started the Paleo diet via Aglaee Jacob's excellent method. I'm amazed at how my muscles are emerging as time goes on. I understand that it's inevitable to see the muscle as the fat melts away, but I'm confused about the claims made that muscle was gained while fat was lost and no mention of working out or exercising. Can this really happen-gaining muscle/losing fat without changing your lifestyle dramatically?
