Hello guys!

I just wan't to ask, what is the best alternative to eggs by means of saturated fat and cholesterol? What kind of other sources which you prefer to use?

EDIT: By sources i mean exactly what kind of meat(animal breed ant body part).

Pretty much any homemade liver pate would be the best alternative to egg yolks i reckon

Chicken liver has a lot of the stuff you'd find in eggs in abundance. Offal in general is good. Aim for a wide variety of tissues (not just meat but organs, skin, etc...) and you'll be fine.

It's hard to replace egg yolks as a dietary staple. Not much else has quite that ideal distribution of daily nutrients. Choline will be particularly hard to get. Eat pork skins and liver...

Coconuts have a pretty ideal form of saturated fat, although not much of an alternative to eggs. Offal is probably what you want for those nutrients you would find in eggs, where the bigger variety of meats you can eat, the better.

Vegetable oils, meat, milk, and milk products are some of the sources of Saturated Fats. Bakery products are also sources of saturated fats.
