I have read a post in http://www.pathofexileitems.us named "My Own Experience in Path of Exile New Release" and I think it is really interesting, so, what is yours? I would be so happy to know something about it.
Has anyone used Natural Calm, the original version without flavoring? If you have, could you please describe your experience with it? Do you have any concerns related to the product? Would you recommend the product to others for use? (more)
Hey everyone, I have been thinking about staring green juicing and I know there are mixed feelings on this in the paleo community. I have been paleo for about 6 months and don't plan on going back to the dark side. Over the past 18 months I have... (more)
Okay, so it seems ive got ulcers (duodenal, not stomach - no pylori either). They are pretty intense. Either caused by gallbladder issues, or by excess acid from my hyperthyroidism (yes thats a thing). Both can cause ulcers. Now I am on proton... (more)
I had my first serving of CLO today... dear god is that stuff horrendous. Is there some trick to taking it? Does it get easier? I just saw that it is also available in a capsule... is this as effective? I keep re-experiencing the CLO with... (more)
My favorite way is to add the cod liver oil to my bowl of bone-broth stew, which isn't hot enough to damage the CLO. It adds a rich underlying flavor that isn't fishy or liver-ish and as a base flavor my taste buds find it very pleasant.
Yesterday, my son turned 6. I had to work, so my wife took him to John's Incredible Pizza (think Chuck E Cheese on crack!) for lunch with his grandma and I went to meet them for a few minutes on my lunch. That has to be the worst place ever.... (more)
Olive Garden...and for some unknowable reason, in my town, there's a line out the door every night of the week. Actually, now that I think on it, that explains a lot.
Here's the abstract: It is widely held among the general population and even among health professionals that moderate exercise is a healthy practice but long term high intensity exercise is not. The specific amount of physical activity necessary... (more)
Hej Folks, i just got a newsletter from frederic patenaude. He is a raw vegan advocate, with focus on a low fat diet. So in the whole thing different than paleo. I dont wanna bash anyone or any diet. More this is a text, or some ideas of someone... (more)
I had a lot of these symptoms. His solutions for them are idiotic though. Geez, if only some pathetic little flax and hemp seeds could have saved me! I was already eating those things + B12 supplements and they did nothing.
Seeing that so many people in America are overweight, it's no surprise that one of the chief focuses of the Paleo Diet is weight loss. That's all well and good, but what about thin people going on the diet? In our case, because of the already low... (more)
Here is a little experiment for you to consider for a day or two... Most of us here have a related worldview that differs from the maintream in a similar way. If you keep your mental eyes open, you should be able to spot the biggest variances... (more)
I've seen quite a few of newcomers to PaleoHacks. In order to help them out, I thought sharing each other's "Low carb flu" experiences might help keep them on the right path. Everyone is different, so a good broad range of answers would likely... (more)
Hey everyone - A few days ago, I stumbled upon a few interesting comments here on PH. It was about eggs and satiety. Whenever someone asks for advice on what to eat to prolong their state of satiety, eggs seem to be on top of a lot of people's... (more)
I would not be satisfied eating a meal of eggs only. I mix lots of veggies, plenty of fat, and sometimes meat as well. ADDING eggs to an unsatisfying meal can help round it out for me, but they really can't be my only source of fat and protein for... (more)
Do we have people who've been doing this for over 10 years? Has there been a shift in how and why people have been discovering paleo over time? Is it increasing in popularity exponentially or is the definition just getting broader? In short,... (more)

I do some Crossfit now, but the MovNat stuff looks really cool. There is a one-day clinic coming to my city in a few months. Has anyone ever attended one? I'm not sure what to expect and I would be interested in any feedback. Edit: I went... (more)
Richard Nikoley posted about his MovNat experience on freetheanimal.com; I typed MovNat in the search bar on his site, and it looks like he did a post for each day he was there.
