I'm a big fan of Mark Sisson's approach to exercise (see below). I think it's a really "less is more" kind of thing. You need to be active in general (as much low and slow as you can do), but what you have to do specifically as "exercise" is a lot... (more)

I have hashi's and adrenal issues. I have heard that HIIT and Crossfit might not be best for people with autoimmune diseases. What exercises are best? Can I still get intense?!
I know, I know. I sound like a lazy bum. But: I'm allergic to exercise. It has a fancy-pants name, called exercise-induced urticaria [ever-reputable wiki link: link text]. I find that some days, just walking across campus is enough for me to... (more)
Does anybody know the ramifications of exercise with alcohol in your system? I completely understand the concept is horrible. The reason I ask though is that a few years back, I used to play soccer on a team that always met up for drinks before... (more)

I try to work out about 5 days a week (hour to hour & half), cross-training mostly (as it's winter). Each workout is somewhat different from the previous (to prevent boredom). I eat probably the 80% paleo (more or less), been roughly 6mos... (more)
How necessary is exercise in living a paleo lifestyle? Is it sufficient to simply eat paleo foods or are there greater benefits by adding short intense exercise sessions into daily life?
