Is it mainly through diet, exercise, stress free living, not being anxious, etc...? What are some foods to help with blood pressure? Is there a quick way of lowering it if one ate something to spike the high blood pressure?
Eating a clean diet, improving digestion, reducing stress, increasing sleep, supplementing fish oils and GABA...that's a good start down the right road.

I have been told that I must eat something before my bootcamp. But I have also heard that exercise on an empty stomach is more beneficial for weightloss, which I am trying to achieve. If I do need to have a small snack, what should it be?
A lot of people can successfully work out while fasting. Do whatever your body tells you. If you can do it and feel fine, and want to, go ahead. If you want to eat something, I would probably go for a bit of protein.
I've read over and over again that when eating paleo, consuming 1-1.5 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight is best for building muscle, but how much working out does this rule require? I do crossfit three time a week, and usually another... (more)

Are cars paleo? Computers? Not everything we do can be classified as paleo. We just have to use our best judgement. Sorry if this comes across as snarky. I've had a crappy week and my internal filter isn't working.
