I've been eating bacon and eggs for breakfast but I think I might start trying some ground beef and broccoli to kick start my day as unappetizing as that sounds first thing, many people purport to having more energy and less hunger when they eat beef for breakfast

The best breakfast is ANY paleo breakfast that you will eat. The worst thing is skipping breakfast and making poor decisions later in the day like donuts at the office to celebrate a coworker's birthday or something.

eggs fried in lard and bacon, 7 days a week. it seriously never gets old. most days, i'll also add sauteed collards or spinach to the mix. i bought chicharron/pork rinds and ground them to a paste and have been adding them to my scrambled eggs for the last few days.
Lately I have been eating smoked salmon and eggs. makes my tummy feel nice and gives me energy. So good, but some days if I don't feel hungry I just fast until lunch. I'm up at 6am and cooking for the little ones, so sometimes I don't get a chance to make something for myself.

Beef would be great for breakfast though if you want to switch it up. About 4 days a week I do a bulletproof IF. No eating after 9 or 10 pm then a bulletproof coffee for breakfast. I feel great and energized until my first carb or protein around 2 or 3. I've lost over 40 lbs of fat in the new year using this method with no workouts (other than walking) since February 5. 5'11" 152 lb 31 M.
I eat a 2 to 3 hours after I wake up and I usually have eggs, blueberries and greens. I find it is the easiest meal to eat low carb.

I do like eggs, bacon and ham for breakfast, but grilled pork chops are my favorite. Sometimes I add a little seasonal fruit, but usually I keep it very low carb. Yum!
Im usually up around 430am to get anywhere bw 6-12 miles in, so for me I really enjoy eggs, chicken sausage, veggies, sometimes red grapefruit. I feel so much better now that I am wating lots more protein.
We eat homemade jerky a lot for breakfast. I am typically fasting in the AM so the jerky is something I can just snack on in the car until I really eat around 10-11.
I normally eat breakfast about 3-4 hours after waking up. I love eggs but they make me feel bloated. I would recommend meat over eggs anyday. You can also try eating both at the same time. Unlike Mentos. & diet soda I'm sure you won't blow up.
