I need to be cautious about my protein intake, and do not enjoy the taste of egg whites, and was wondering what the average fat/protein content of a duck egg yolk would be? Can't find stats for this anywhere.
The entire egg is listed as 130 calories with 10g/fat and 9g/protein.
If I was eating only the yolk, how much protein content would you estimate is remaining in the yolk? My guess is that the yolk would contain all 10g/fat + ~5g/protein.
