Brunch suggestions for 12 people?

I have to cook a brunch meal for 12 people, only 3 of which are CavePeople. Currently thinking of a quality ham, a fritatta, and some crusty bread for the freaks.

Any Suggestions, that are not too labor intensive, and are easily served buffet style?

Mini frittata muffins/cupcakes are a great option.

Some sliced fruit.

Cheese plate, if you do dairy.

Guacamole (with some veggies to dip).

Also, a bunch of italian sausages baked in the oven.

I don't particularly get the attraction, but a lot of my family like mixed fruit bowls/platters at buffet brunches.

Edit: And you can buy this stuff pre-cut at nearly every supermarket.
