Breakfast plan - hotel

I'm staying in a hotel and planning to leave tomorrow morning. I'm not travelling home until late in the pm (11pm) so I've got big plans for breakfast so I don't have a hunger crash.

3 rashes of bacon 4 eggs Butter Mushrooms ( half cup) Spinach (1 cup) Handful of high quality Parmesan ( I have no dairy issues so enjoy the fat addition)

I'll cook the bacon and mushrooms in butter first - then when brown add the rest of the ingredients. ( 5-10min max)

Drink coffee ( black) Green coconut - which ill open and drink fluid and scrape flesh for nom'ness

What am I missing ?

Personally I know if I eat this kind of breaky I'm good to go for anything a travel day throws my way.

When I travel I'll usually do 6-8 eggs and about a 1/2 lb of bacon for breakfast. That usually can hold me for 36-48 hours with no hunger at all. I don't get too fancy with my breakfast. I try to get as much fuel as possible.
