Eating Out Questions
This question is a bit of fun and a bit of research. If you encountered a paleo bakery & cafe what would you expect or want to find on the menu?
I've been on the Paleo plan for about a week and it's amazing. The scale is going down, I'm able to work out harder, and I get better sleep. It's tough to not eat out for lunch because of work. How many of you adhere to strict guidelines of only... (more)

I have recently figured out that I'm pretty intolerant to eggs. Considering I already don't eat grains, this discovery has made it impossible to eat typical breakfast foods. I have come up with a few "hacked" type meals that I can eat in a... (more)

What's wrong with a kebab? Even if the meat isn't in its original structure, I never knew a kebab to be anything other than meat and seasonings, possibly marinated in yogurt depending on the kebab.
Among the popular salad dressings that are widely available, which ones are relatively paleo-friendly? Thanks!
OMG, so many places in TO are meat-centric and locally-sourced these days. You could cobble together a Paleo meal pretty much anywhere. The Black Hoof on Dundas is a must-try for nose-to-tail dining.
Hey all, I'm in NY this weekend for a wedding and I'm looking for some recs from the New Yorkers in our midst: restaurants and food carts in a reasonable price range where you can stay paleo? So no fancy steak houses, where can I eat in the 5-20$... (more)
Now that my original eating out place has failed me (All Pho restaurants adding MSG to their broth) I've been searching for another go to place where I can go. After some reading I found out about Mongolian BBQ. The concept sounds awesome. YOU... (more)
