What can I drink?

I'm a newbie to Paleo - and I struggle to drink plain water. I enjoy Mio added to my water - but I'm guessing this is NOT Paleo. I know I can add fruit to water for flavor etc, and that eventually as I wean off the "sugary" flavor of Mio and soda etc that water with fruit in it will taste sweeter.....but what can I do to get me through the next few weeks/month?

I found a product called Bai - I was doing some research on Paleo and found that some believe Erythritol and Truvia are OK. Bai Ingredients: Filtered water, erythritol, orange juice concntrate, natural flavors, organic coffeefruit, citric acid, pectin, fruits and vegetable juice for color, organic stevia extract, white tea extract, beta carotene, ascorbic acid. Is this something I can have???

Filtered Water, mineral water, tea, coffee, raw milk if you can get it and it doesn't have bad effects, kombucha, bone broth, NorCal Margaritas, whiskey, burbon, vodka, tequila, blood of an animal you've hunted down. :)

Brew decaf green tea and abandon it in the refrigerator. An infrequent dark espresso is fine. Every so often, a glass of red wine would not be issue. Overlook the soymilk, the rice milk and the numerous other apparently satisfactory drains that have rice or soy included

Pure water, still or sparkling with a squeeze of key lime or lemon; the carbs/ sugar in either is minimal.

Citrus are probably a bit spendy in Omaha compared to SoCal but still most likely cheaper & better than any manufactured products. Try to kick the processed food thing.

@raydawg mentions kombucha, don't be intimidated. Make it!

It's easy, fun & cheap to make ....about 25c a pint vs $2.50 to $4.00 in the store. Once you get in production you'll be able to make more than enough. You can flavor it with just about anything. My favs are 1)citrus (lime or lemon) 2) ginger

And now that make it I don't spend the $10 to $15 / month for store bought.
