3 lbs a month sounds like a great growth rate to minimize fat gain. If that's the pace, I wouldn't screw with it, though the protein definitely seems a bit excessive--I'd probably donate 100g of that to my carbohydrate intake.
First, are you trying to be Paleo?
Second, where are you macro-nutrients coming from?
Third, if you're not Paleo, do you want to be?
Fourth, what is your age, sex, weight, height?
Fifth, post some of your workouts from the past couple days (I assume you write them down) so we can get an idea if you NEED to be taking this many calories.
Sixth, how are your bowel movements (feel free to go in detail)?
Seventh, before you eat each meal, are you hungry?
