I am a 5'6" 160lb male looking to reduce bf % and add some more muscle mass. I went from being a vegetarian for 5.5 years to paleoish about a month ago. I have attached a few pictures of my diet. They are not 100% accurate but give an idea of what I'm eating. I lift in a fasted state 4-5x a week before I go to work 7pm-330a. Probably 4-6 cups of organic black coffee daily. The only constants are 5 days a week 1-1.5lb grass fed ground beef and a massive green organic salad with hot sauce/mustard as a dressing while at the job (I work in food service). How is my diet looking? What should I add/cut out? Is this sustainable for my body? I like the way I've been feeling since the switch but waking up/getting out of bed is much harder.

Wow, 3 grams of protein per pound of body-weight is a Massive amount of protein. Even on bodybuilding.com you would get flamed for such a large amount.
