I do CrossFit 3 times a week, jiu jitsu 2x/week and muay thai 2x/week, plus other general sports activities for fun.
I'm looking for a good paleo nutritionist who understands the demands of sports but would like to try to eat a mostly paleo diet without my muscles and energy being too depleted.
Can anybody recommend someone who will not give me a cookie cutter plan, and who actually understands athletes' dietary needs?

I can help you out and I'm cheaper than her. I'm a bio student and nutrition researcher. I also lift/run/sprint 6-7 days a week and wrestle 3 times a week, so I think I can give you some decent advice. I just got on this site but pm me or something idk how it works.
