Every time I take multimineral supplements, I get constipated. I'd hate to switch to a supplement without calcium (I don't even know if there is such a thing), as I don't get enough calcium in my diet cause it all binds me up. My supplement has magnesium in it, which I thought would compensate, but it doesn't seem to help.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I agree with the above post. Just increase your magnesium citrate intake until it is no longer an issue. Magnesium is the yin to calciums yang and worst case scenario you will very relaxed.
