You are not getting enough carbohydrates and probably also salt. The paleo diet eliminates sugar (glucose/fructose) with the emphasis on the fructose. You still need carbs.

I had some similar issues after a year of paleo and found it helped to add some carbs in the form of starchy tubers. I definitely find I run better with more carbs in my diet.
