You recommend Oil pulling as a detox, and I love to get into that, but I have heard that when you have amalgam in your teeth, there is a chance that the mercury releases and make your body even more toxic... any comment about that? Thanks

I wouldn't take it all at once - too much coconut oil, especially if you're just starting, can give you the CRAZY-POOPS. I find it's best to cook with it and just make sure you're getting enough throughout the day.
