I have been getting a blister towards the back of my mouth, behind my molars ever since going Paleo 7 months ago. I really only have one that is reoccurring and I can pop it and then it seems to go away for a while.
Today was the first time that I noticed that it seemed to appear right after eating a few spoon fulls of coconut oil and a banana.
Any idea if coconut oil could cause this? I have always eaten bananas but have only been eating coconut oil since going paleo.

According to that link: itching, swelling, hives, and blisters can be symptoms of an allergy to coconuts (or other tree nuts). I'm sure these things can happen inside your mouth if you are allergic.

Coconut oil and bananas are high in amines. I experience mouth ulcers 4-24 hrs after eating these. Pop 'amine sensitivity' into google, you should get a heap of info on the subject.

This is a new one for us. We've never heard of it. Thanks for brining it to our attention. Of course, it may not be the coconut oil too.
Try Fermented Coconut Oil. Tropical Traditions Gold Label is very different to most. If you are in New Zealand, try Ancient Wisdom brand.
