Coconut Water Questions
I've fallen into the (good?) habit of drinking lots of coconut water. It's usually between 8-24 oz per day. I feel like this stuff is really amazing! What's your take on packaged coconut water? This started when struggling to... (more)
I want to get some coconut water for after the gym. My grocery store sells coco rio, which is pure coconut water. It comes in a box, tetrapak. Is tetrapak free of the stuff I'd want to avoid, such as BPA or other elements in packaging which can... (more)
I have been paleo for about 5 months now. I absolutely love it!!!! I feel great and I am losing weight. I am 5'9" and currently weigh 218 lbs (down from 245 lbs). I am hoping to still drop some more weight, hopefully 18 more pounds. I... (more)
The taste is amazing - much better then the pasteurized heat treated Vita Coco, ONE, and Zico! This is the 100% Raw and Organic Coconut water (high pressure treated to kill pathogens) but no... (more)
Ok, so I've been enjoying the benefits of a paleo-style diet for a while. I foray into more neolithic diet only in a few areas. The first of those is dairy. I do eat some fermented dairy (raw-milk yogurt, Greek-style), cheese (mostly hard... (more)
I drink it sometimes as a substitute for kombucha actually. Yeah, I caught the kombucha addiction after giving up soda. Kevita is a much better choice since it has about half the carbs of most brands of kombucha. It's definitely better than soda,... (more)
