How to differentiate Broma process chocolate/cocoa from Dutched chocolate/cocoa?

Briefly, how can I tell if the chocolate or coca I'm using has been treated with an alkalizing agent or not? My favorite chocolate is Lindt Excellence 85% and the cocoa I often drink is DecoMorreno (a Polish brand) - none of which provides information about the production method.

The reason I'm interested is because the authors of this review warn that antioxidant capacity and polyphenol content may be severely diminished in alkalized (dutched) cocoa powder and products made with alkalized cocoa.
