Im a paleo newbie, im almost 2 weeks in but have already dropped 2kg (4.4lb). Which would be awesome except Im 23-24wks pregnant. Im currently 64.5kg (142lb), 164cm (5 ft 4 in). Started out at 60kg (132lb). Should I be worried about this loss?... (more)

I know you didn't ask this, but if I could ADD one thing to your diet it would be more healthy fats! Seems like you're getting a lot of PUFAs but not too much saturated fat.
