I recently tried a recipe for Chia Fresca, but don't think the instructions were very good. Does anybody know how to make pre-workout drinks with Chia Seeds? Or does anybody add Chia Seeds to other whole food recipes?
I went to my local supermarket today and bought a little bag of chia seeds. From what i read they are better than flax. Can i incorporate them into my everyday diet? Or should i just eat 'em everynow and then?
