So I went to the eden festival in scotland last weekend (was a lot of fun), however eating paleo was soooo hard as there were no foods stalls that did anything paleo (it was all potatoes, pizza, cake and maybe the odd vegan thing like a beetroot bun). Sooo frustrating that there's not much interest in it (yet) on those kind of festival scenes... So I was thinking... Why don't we do a paleo festival? We could have a stall selling only steaks! Bone broth! Those really tasty coconut fat/cacao balls you put in the freezer.... Throwing the idea out there.... Who would be interested in helping to organise or would be interested in coming? I know quite a few musicians who could get the groove on and a I live on the edge of the lake district so I could find a really good location.

And there is the 1st problem! I live in Sussex and the Lake District is SUCH a pain to get to!!!! Middle of England - i.e. Derbyshire / Warwickshire - would perhaps be better as it is going to be easier for people from the far edges of the country to get there?
But the idea appeals, certainly.
