I typically eat a piece of breakfast casserole (egg, sweet potatoes, spinach, onion) with my BPC. Should I eat with it or use it as meal replacement? Weight/Fat loss is my goal. I'm on Day 9, down 7 pounds.

You could always try adding more butter + MCT oil so you don't need a mid-morning snack. You can carry a thick BP coffee in a thermos and drink throughout the morning. Way more convenient than breakfast! :)

That seems like a lot of coconut oil to start off with if you haven't supplemented with it in the past...Heck, even 1 tablespoon is enough to give people the runs if they aren't used to it.

it is possible you have a dairy allergy, to the butter. I used to get that same exact problem when i would drink the bulletproof coffee.
