My favorite grab / go meals are the ones where I grab a bunch of fresh organic plant foods & grass-fed / wild meats to go cook and eat. If you have a favorite fast food meal for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with snacks around your workouts, you might be doing it wrong.
Paleo Ranch Jerky stick after a workout gets me that protein. Most nights I like a slow cooked chicken with broccoli.
