To buy or not to buy? I usually have a green smoothie for breakfast along with my eggs, and this taste good as topping. But, how healthy is it really?

It's a processed food. Dried greens in powdered form are not paleo. The same is true of juicers where you can process tons of greens - like a whole pound of kale or spinach into a large glass of juice. You'd never get that in nature, nor the very high load of oxalates and sugar that come for the ride.
How on earth are smoothies - green ones at that - not paleo?
Oysters are the only true superfood. Oyster smoothie. Mmmmm.
Smoothies are not paleo, you don't need magic berries from the other side of the planet. Eat a small bit of liver each week - it's the only true superfood.
