So I had some blood tests a few days ago, not bad except for my testosterone being at 12nmol/L, (Which converts to around 350 I believe). That's pretty bad, considering I am a 32 y/o male, decent athletic build and around 10% BF. So I guess I don't fit the mould for low testosterone. I lift 3 times a week, (yep I squat and deadlift) and I do most things that I have found over the interwebs to fix the situation, and it doen't seem to be working.
I wanted the blood test because my libido dropped considerably over the last 4 months or so. The only thing I can think of was a period of about 3 months I had very poor sleep (Around 5 hours a night at best) which may have kicked up my cortisol. But I have been getting about 7-9 hours for the last month, so I thought my testosterone levels would have risen back by now.
Has anyone been in the same boat that my be able to spread some wisdom?
