blood tests readings and levels

HI AGAIN I HAVE MADE A LIST OF ADDITTIONAL READINGS AS YOU WERE SO HELPFUL ON MY LAST QUESTION, IM WAITING TO SEE AN ENDCRONE EXPERT..BUT I AM A LITTLE CONCERNED AS I HAVE NOTICED A LUMP UNDER EACH ARMPIT RIGHT NO PAIN LEFT REALLY PAINFUL ADVISE PLEASE THANKYOU
