Yep, it's a FODMAP food. I'm quite sensitive to them, but having good results with sauerkraut.

Yes. Steamed cabbage is a guaranteed bloat for me. Don't steam it, cooked the crap out of it in a soup, cut it in half and roast it in the oven, or pickle it like sauerkraut.
