You get a alot of copper from liver especially if you like eating liver like me. So take care of your zinc too, its often much harder to find good sources. As not everyone has access to some nice oysters (i dont).

cod liver oil only provides vit a/d and omega fats, beef liver provides a wide array of nutrients. big difference between the two.
