In a pinch I've been running in my hiking boots and I know it's terrible. Rather than hop into the first running shoes that feel comfortable, I want to get as close as possible to running bare foot without stampeding across broken glass and... (more)
Hey there, for the second time now that I've tried to incorporate more barefoot running / rope skipping into my training, I am experiencing a mad inflammation on the left foot. Exactly the same spot as it was in first place (only that back then,... (more)
