Preferably some tips besides obvious once like breastfeeding them and not letting them sit by the computer or television all day. Should they get a shot of vitamin-K at birth? Should day have a comforter/pacifier? A baby bouncer? Vaccination? Exposed to sunlight or shade? When to introduce food, besides nursing milk, early or late? Dangers of EMF? Etc.

I agree with what others have said about skin to skin contact and lots of love!

I gave my children breast milk as long as I could, either directly from the source or pumping it into a bottle. I rocked them to sleep 99% of the time, and encouraged lots of touch (baby massages, skin-to-skin contact). I made sure their contact with TV/electronic toys was extremely minimal, encouraging free play with each other, alone, and with parents. My kids and I are very close, and our bonds and trust are amazing. They are always smiling and saying "Mommy, I love you!" out of nowhere. <3
