Whole food PUFAs (i.e. avocados) are fine. There's more problems with refined and processed PUFAs (e.g. vegetable oil).

I'd say it's pretty hard to overdose on avocados. But what about the PUFAS?!?!?, you say? This ain't refined oxidized corn oil, folks. It's a raw, unprocessed, whole food.
