When I started to eat more saturated fat, I also started taking Betaine HCL. The problem is that in those 3 weeks I felt 3 times stomach pressure which lasted 1 day. It is not pain, but it is some kind of pressure. I tried different combination with and without saturated fats or HCL and I can not figure out what is the cause.
For example yesterday I ate 4 egg yolks with tuna and olive oil. I took 1300mg of HCL. Everything was fine, great felling. The next meal was 150g of turkey liver with coconut oil and again 1300mg of HCL. Again great felling. The next meal was salmon and only 10g of ghee butter. Half hour later I started to feel pressure in stomach which still remains now after 18 hours, it was also at morning before I had breakfast. This could mean it is allergy because it was only in third meal. Or maybe HCL loaded through all meals and in third meal was therefore the higher and caused the problem? But another time before I also ate salmon with ghee butter but without HCL. And I don't remember to have any such a problem.
Could HCL trigger possible stomach ulcer, am I worried too much? I don't have other problems like heartburn, maybe just little belching which also last about 24 hours.

Take liquorice root powder with a little water a few times a day. About half a teaspoon. If you do have h. pylori, it will help kill it off and keep it from getting worse.
But definitely get tested for it!
