A Pear Gave Me A Pimple?

I ate a pear today, not even the whole thing. It was incredible sweet. The only fruit I typically eat are berries. 4 to 5 Hours later I noticed a pimple on my chin, already hurts to touch. Could the fructose in the pair be the culprit? I am very curious if it can cause pimples to form that bad...

Pimples take about 5-7 days to form on average. A pimple 4 hours later means it simply was there beforehand and came to a head in that time.

As someone who dealt with skin issues, I highly doubt it was the pear that broke you out. Not 5 hours later. Is it cystic (under the skin) or a whitehead? And if it's painful, it's a good indicator that there's something in your diet you have an intolerance to.
