Most bacteria die in the stomach. But some make the trip, specially those imbedded in the kraut. More will make it if the eater has low stomach acidity. They then go on to populate the intestine under favorable conditions.

Have you been exercising? I would cut out all of the fruit for 2-3 weeks and see how you stand then. You can substitute it with a non-starchy vegetable to help fill you up.

Liquid or solid depends on the temperature. What you want though is UNPROCESSED coconut oil, i.e. it should say "virgin", "raw", and preferably also be certified as organic. Processed coconut oil is as poisonous as margarine.
