I know that saturated fat being bad is a myth but can it be harmful in the presence of certain things like sugars, seed oils and refined carbs which is what you typically get in the SAD diet.

Finely grind them and mix with some GF butter or coconut oil and some honey for a great homemade dark chocolate. Freshly ground I eat them with a spoon and some almond butter.
