I think I might have this! My skin looks red and uneven a lot of the time. I feel my skin burning (face mainly) when I eat a lot of things like any fermented food and others. Has anyone else experienced this?

Chris Kresser, on his 11/1/2011 podcast (link starting at 44:40 or so) suggested that you could cure or at least mitigate FODMAP intolerance. Quote: FODMAP intolerance is a sign of a deeper issue. I think it's probably a consequence of... (more)

Dried beans have been dated to at least 7500BC. I am not bothered by them as some are. I doubt that many get to 100% Paleo - and I presume it’s impossible since so many foods are not clearly Paleo or not Paleo. SO - does anyone see any real harm... (more)
